Agents Condition for the annual WEBA Workshops 2012, 19-20 March 2012

GENERAL INFORMATION ( From November 1, 2011 )

By completing and submitting the Agent Registration form, the Agent understands that their registration must be confirmed online by WEBA, before participation is allowed.

The invitation FREE OF COST  for agents include the following;

- Accommodation for 2 nights basis single room or twin room at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in London

( from 19th of March until the 21th of March 2011)

- Registration at the Workshops on the 19th of March before 13:00 pm

- Receptionist on the 19th of March 2012 at 18:00 pm

- Lunch on the 20th of March 2012

- Partecipation at the Workshops on the 19 March from 14:00 pm until 17:30 pm

- Partecipation at the Workshops on the 20 March from 10:00 a.m until 17:30 pm

- Invitation letter

The Agent is responsible for all travel arrangements and costs incurred to & from the event ( Airticket ) .

The Agent agrees to have secured a minimum of 15 appointments prior to the event taking place and to attend at least 15 of the Institution presentations.

The Agent agrees to make the appointments for the Workshops and presentations by the www.webaservices.com and to forward a copy to the WEBA Staff at the end of the Conference.

All the agents should attend the Conference and the Workshops until the end of the programme.
