Agents from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Kirzigistan and institutions from all over the world will attend to each annual WEBA Agents Fair!
The annual WEBA Agent Fair will give you the possibility to meet selected agents from all over the world.
At every WEBA Agent Fair you will have the opportunity to make between 15-25 "One to One " appointment in 20 minute time-slots.
This Conference has proved itself by far the most cost-effective way of promotion as establishing working relationships with agents.
Prior to the workshop
After the participation fee has been settled, a list of agents’ contact details will be provided around a month prior to the Workshop for scheduling appointments with agents ( webaservices.com ). The list will be regularly updated to ensure each institute having immediate access to a range of vital international contacts.
During the workshop
Each institute will be provided a meeting table to meet with agents. The Workshop is divided into different appointment sessions of 20 minutes each . Each institute will be able to register a maximum of two participants, provided that they represent the same institute, parallel appointments could be scheduled to double the efficiency of their appointments effectively.
Last-minute appointments would be arranged during the first half hour of each day Workshop. Further contacts between institutes and agents could be made on an informal basis during luncheons and coffee breaks provided, making sure that the networking time at WEBA Agent Fair is maximized.
Time & Cost-Saving
Agents from all around the world will be invited at this single event. Traveling time and cost could be saved for not having to attend different kinds of promotional events.
Expansion of International student bases
All participating agents will be subject to an in-depth review. A rigorous screening process will be conducted to ensure that the networking will be established with professional and valuable agents. Forming lasting partnerships with high quality agents can in turn promote and recruit students for the institute.
